I know you hear this all the time, but we are so proud of you! I use to tell my daughter about you and your determination when she was much smaller (visible even at Kenilworth lol). We have been following you, and my daughter has taken up volleyball now. It was a pleasure to see you in this month's issue of Volleyball USA (Congrats 2x!). Wow, what a cool site for a wonderful volleyball player and person. I remember watching you play volleyball at Long Beach State and even though I grew up in Nebraska, you were and still are my favorite volleyball player of all time! I still wear number 2 when I play. You always play the game with passion, and you represent yourself and your team with class. Congratulations on a fine career, and in my book you will always be "unscottable."
I have watched you play in the last few olympics. I love volleyball, although I am not all that good at it. It was a pleasure meeting you and the other players in 2008. It was exciting to watch since I had met half the team. I hope you will be continuing to play and inspire other to persue their dreams.
Hey I play volleyball in Texas, and I saw you play at last summerwhen nationals were held in Miami,beautiful place.
You are an inspiration, I remember first seeing you and thinking, wow I want to be that ripped. You are an amazing middle, and watching you close the blocks at such a high speed was inspiring. I struggle with that and my speed and blame my height, but you made it look graceful and gave me hope. Thank you for doing an awesome job! :)

He did play in my team in Argentina on 2002-2003 season, Bolivar Team, and we become champions and Pezao was elected the MVP of the season.

Don't know if you remember me, but I played against you in high school, at Tara, in volleyball and track. You were at Baton Rouge High then Woodlawn, and of course there was the wonderful trip we took to Florida for track (beach volleyball). I wanted you to know I have followed your Olympic career, of course with lots of jealousy:) Take care, and God Bless. If you are ever in Oklahoma City, contact me, I would love to see you again!
